It’s fun to find a 1990 Ford Crown Victoria that’s not a former police car/taxi cab. Or a crappy-looking piece of junk. This Crown Vic, like yesterday’s Bonneville, was a car Dad or Grandma aspired to own. Big and tank-like safe, they rode like the boulevardiers they were, laughing in the face of Thruway expansion joints, and snickering at drive-in movie ticket-sellers while hauling a trunkfull of friends through the admission gate. Saw this one recently in Tonawanda.
