RealRides of WNY #2476 ......................... 1973 Chevy Nova Custom

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y.
– The 1973 Chevrolet Nova Custom was a new model in Chevy’s compact lineup. When the Chevy II was revamped for 1968 and renamed the Chevy II Nova, there was no Custom model, rather, Chevy offered a Custom trim package for all six Nova models (two- and four-door sedans with engines of four, six, or eight cylinders — no wagons, hardtops, or convertibles were in the lineup). Besides the new Custom series, a hatchback body style was also offered for the first time beginning in 1973 for the two-door body style. Today’s RealRide was seen at the 2021 Quaker Days Car Show.
