WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – It’s not often that you come across a 1992 Toyota Celica All-Trac Turbo. It’s a huge upgrade from the base Celica, but the differences (visually) are rather subtle. Yes, there’s the hood scoop up front along with a more massive bumper, and a spoiler in the rear, but the flared fenders didn't jump right out at me until I compared the two cars side-by-side in photos. For your reference, at the bottom of the page is a 1990 Celica GT, downloaded from Toyota’s online archives. The All-Trac came with a turbocharged 2.0L engine rated at 200 hp. And as the name suggests, it had Toyota’s full-time all-wheel-drive system. We saw this one at last year’s final Cars and Coffee at Eastern Hills Mall.
