PORT COLBORNE, ON. – The Canadian brochure for the 1965 Dodge Monaco on page two tells us they “…will not attempt to over-glamorize or over-state features that make Dodge unique.” A few pages on we learn that the other Monaco model in the lineup is “…a convertible with a new roof as flat as the horizon.” Like the one below? Lol… BTW, that turquoise drop-top is a photo from a Mecum auction back in 2016. A car from the Douglas Jemal Collection. Now there’s a name that rings a bell in WNY. Maybe it’s him, maybe not; we’ll try and find out.
