SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – If you want to stand out at a car show, what better vehicle to show up in than a Citroën Visa. Of course, seeing that we saw it at the 2016 Citroën Rendezvous — a celebration of all things Citroën — it didn’t stand out quite as much as it might of at your local weekly cruise night in the parking lot of Joe’s Garage. Still, there weren’t many Visas in sight that day in Saratoga. Built from 1978 to 1988, the Visa was never officially sold in the U.S., which may explain why you might never have seen one before. They were also built in China from 1991-94, where they were sold as the Liuzhou Wuling LZW 7100 (below), updated with a new front bumper/grille combo. At least they remembered to change the grille emblem, Lol.
