
Seen at the recent Classics on the Niagara car show in the City of Tonawanda, this 1976 Ford Mustang II, as equipped, is about as rare as they come. Check out the Marti info sheet below, and when you get down to the last line you’ll discover that it was the only one produced that year equipped exactly like this one. Add in what looks like a dealer-installed vinyl half-roof and you’ve got a one-of-a-kind car for sure. And before anybody says it, yes, Ford offered a factory-installed half-top for the Mustang II in 1976, but it didn’t look like the one on today’s RealRide, and it was available only on the Ghia and MPG Ghia models (see brochure illustration below).
