RealRides of WNY #2366 - 1957 Ford

It’s not all that unusual to see a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner at a car show/cruise night (or its 1958-59 siblings), but it’s not often something you randomly run across in one of the parking lots around town. That’s where we found this one a few weeks ago though. Okay, it was in a car-related business’ parking lot, but still… And seeing one with its top up is also somewhat of a treat, as when you see one at a car event it’s more than likely there with its top in the half-up/half-down position to show off its many mechanisms. This one’s also without the two-toning often seen on Skyliners these days. Ford called it “The miracle car of this generation… TWO cars in ONE!” This one was seen over the summer in Tonawanda.
