RealRides of WNY #2406 - 1959 Chrysler

Whenever I spot something like this 1959 Chrysler Windsor making its way into a car show/cruise night, I make a beeline over there to check it out before a crowd forms. Love these old family car survivors! The Windsor was the entry-level Chrysler, if you will, followed up the ladder by the Saratoga, New Yorker, and the 300E. Chrysler told us how their
“…exclusive Torsion-AIRE Ride… [made] this car the comfort buy of the year!” All 1959 Chryslers came equipped with a Golden Lion V8 engine: 383cid  for the Windsor and Saratoga; and 413 for the NYer and 300E. We saw this one back in September at the 40thAnnual Last Chance Car Show & Swap Meet in Welland, Ontario.
