RealRides of WNY - 1966 Ford F-100

If you were in the market back in 2008 for a short-bed pickup that would fit in your garage, you might have given this 1966 Ford F-100 a look as it sat in an Irving used car lot. This was the last year that Ford would tout the truck’s Twin-I-Beam front suspension with its own fender badge. The Twin-I-Beam system featured two separate front axles, one left and one right, which “…permitted each front wheel to move independently of the other. Ride [was] smoother… control more positive.” This nice two-tone F-100 also has the Custom Cab option (features listed below).
