You could have knocked me over with a feather when I returned home from a Thursday cruise night at the Anchor Bar in Amherst recently and discovered that this 1990 Chevrolet Beretta Indy GT coupe was not the same one I photographed a few years ago at another cruise night in East Amherst (see it here). Chevy built only about 1,500 of these yellow Indy 500 pace car commemoratives (as well as about another 3,000 in turquoise), so it’s unusual to find two right here in WNY in this condition. When you click on the link above to read the original RealRide post, notice the subtle differences between the two cars. Amazingly, the era-correct license plates are also very similar.
