You never know what you might come across in some of those small, neighborhood used car lots. Earlier this summer we found this rather solid-looking 1964 Cadillac Coupe De Ville in the front row of a lot in Lackawanna. Although it’s not so odd to see these days on new cars in every price range, back when this De Ville was new it was rare to ever find a car like this wearing a set of blackwall tires. Reading the brochure, it seems that whitewalls were standard only on the Eldorado convertible. Can that be? I’m going to assume that the brochure wording is misleading, and that whitewalls were standard on all models with the size being different on the Eldo. Read the blurb at the bottom of the page and decide for yourselves.
