Some cars just look more fun to drive than others. Like this 1932 Ford Deluxe Roadster. They sure look different without fenders, running boards, or a hood (see bottom illustration). Moving the headlights down also makes a big difference. This one certainly takes me back to the days of my youth. No, I wasn’t a hot rodder. As an adolescent I didn’t know an open-end wrench from an egg flipper. But I religiously bought all of the car magazines including Hot Rod, whose photos of cars like this never stopped fascinating me. Someday at some cruise night I’m going to have to arrange a ride in one of these. Fullfill a fifty-year-old dream. Oh, and BTW, I eventually figured out how to use an egg flipper. Saw this nifty RealRide this past summer at a cruise night in Medina.
