Regular readers of this page will recognize the name Steven Botsford. The Gowanda resident can often be found at area car shows/cruise nights with one of his eclectic rides. This time we met up with him and his six-window 1963 Cadillac Sedan de Ville (see the four-window de Ville below for comparison at the bottom of the page). The word “lots” comes up often when describing this car. Lots of glass, which makes for great visibility all around; lots of features, including lighted front “ash receivers” and Guide-Matic (automatic headlamp control); lots of interior space to stretch out in; and… lots of compliments! These photos were taken at a summer car show in Hamburg sponsored by the Model A Restorer’s Club.
