The Ivory/Bright Orange color scheme on this 1982 Volkswagen Vanagon L is made even more vibrant by an impending sunset. We came across it following a Slow Roll Buffalo bicycle ride last month which began and ended at Ship Canal Commons, which is at the end of the Union Ship Canal just off Fuhrmann Boulevard in Buffalo. VW told us that “…the Vanagon is a very special vehicle designed to meet a wide range of usage with remarkable aplomb.” Check out the other Vanagon color choices (and its seven- and optional nine-passenger seating diagrams) in the accompanying brochure illustration.
