Day Two of “Five Days of Big Trucks”
If you ever travel the Shoreline Trail, which runs along the Niagara River from Tonawanda to Buffalo, you may have noticed this 1967 Ford F-750 dump truck sitting in a Black Rock neighborhood industrial parking lot in Buffalo. It’s been there for years and is pretty much visible only from the trail (or, of course, the parking lot!). The F-750 was one of Ford’s “Versatile, hard-working full-cab conventionals” which were classified as either medium or heavy-duty depending on which model you chose; they ranged from F-500 through F-880 and were available with gas- or diesel-powered engines.
