Photos show this 1961 Buick Electra to be missing a few bits & bobs, as they say across the pond. Back in 1961, the Electra and Electra 225 were still two different models which differed in their trim levels, just as they had since being introduced for model year 1959; but starting in 1962 they were all known as Electra 225. As you can see from the illustration below, Buick offered some interesting two-toning in 1961. The brochure even featured a couple of green/white examples which are shown at the bottom of the page. We saw today’s Desert Fawn RealRide last summer in Akron.
