It’s too bad that this 1963 Chrysler 300 isn’t the four-door hardtop model, because I would have been interested in seeing just what a front bench seat upholstered in “…rich, shaft-loomed fabrics finely patterned and subdued in color” was all about. Fully adjustable vinyl-clad front buckets were standard on the two-door hardtop like this one, as well as the convertible. On another note, kudos to Chrysler for featuring a top-up convertible illustration (seen below) in the same brochure that contained the interior description you just read. We found today’s RealRide at a weekly cruise night in Olean last August.
