If I were in the market for a medium-sized classic European luxury sedan, I would have stopped and spoken to the owner of this 1983 Mercedes-Benz 300 D when I saw the For Sale sign in its window. Actually, I did stop and talk to him as he came down the driveway of his Tonawanda home, which this beautiful Turbo Diesel was parked in front of just last week. One of the problems of buying another car (which this owner can sympathize with) is a dearth of garage space at the ol’ homestead.
