Found this 2000 Mercury Cougar sitting in a North Tonawanda lot a couple of weeks back. When you think “Cougar,” for most this isn’t the car’s era you might think of — but, it’s the nameplate’s most recent version, being sold in North America from model years 1999-2002, and in Europe from ’98-’02 as the Ford Cougar.
