RealRides of WNY

The surrounding foliage, not to mention the license plate, might be a clue to the fact that no, this photo wasn’t shot in WNY. Welcome to a RealRides of San Diego, Shot by a Former WNYer edition. This Early Sunbeam Alpine was built in Warwickshire, England by the Rootes Group. It’s either a Series I (1959-61) or Series II (1962) model, the main difference being a larger engine and revised rear suspension in the Series II cars. This little beauty was found by my brother Dennis in his San Diego neighborhood a few weeks back. I really like the simple wheels & hub caps with the whitewall tires. The Club, attached to the steering wheel, was not a factory option, Lol. Jim Corbran, RRofWNY Check out our new Facebook page: LuvTheCheapies The post RealRides of WNY appeared first on Buffalo Cars.
