Came across this 1976 Lincoln Continental Town Car one day last month outside of the DMV in Downtown Buffalo. The owner was lucky enough to find a parking spot right at the corner of Delaware and Church which he didn’t have to parallel park himself into. Not that it’s impossible to do, but with an overall length of 232.9 inches you'd need to find a pretty big hole! The Town Car was the upscale version of the big Lincoln Continental for MY 1976 (the two-door version was called the Town Coupe). There was also the non-Town Lincoln Continental (sorry — no long-shear cut-pile carpeting for you!) in two- and four-door versions, as well as the Mark IV personal luxury coupe.
