Some weeks back we featured a car similar to this 1972 Ford Pinto. It’s no coincidence, as this one is also owned by North Tonawanda’s Phil Reynders. 
This one’s in even nicer shape than the yellow-gold ’71 we featured in May. It’s a Runabout (hatchback) in a stunning green with something you never see today — a matching green interior! It also came equipped with the optional Appearance and Protection Groups, and is shod in a set of rare Goodyear Polyglas tires. Phil’s Pinto is powered by a 2-L inline four-cylinder engine connected to a four-speed manual transmission.
