I’m still somewhat of a sucker for the non-traditional cars when they show up at a cruise night. You can ooh and ahh at only so many Mustangs and ’57 Chevys. So naturally, this 1951 Chevrolet DeLuxe was right up my alley. It wasn’t the cheapest ’51 Chevy on offer, but was still from a time where the top-of-the-line cars weren’t dripping with chrome and swathed in three-tone paint jobs. This one is nicely preserved, with a set of newer narrow whitewalls which make me think it’s actually driven from time to time. Very nice. Seen at last summer’s Medina car show.
