It’s not often these days that you come across a 1965 Ford Mustang 2+2 that looks showroom stock, but here’s one we found last year in Lancaster, complete with whitewalls and simulated knock-off wheel covers. The badge on the front fender indicates an optional V-8 engine, which means it’s either the 260 cu. in., 200 hp Challenger, or one of two different 289s — one had 225 hp (the Challenger Special), the other 271 hp (the Challenger High Performance). I’d take any one of them!
