Found this 1986 Ford LTD Crown Victoria in a Hamburg parking lot a couple of weekends ago. Not sure where the owner drove in from, but it was just about the only car in the lot with snow on it. This body style, introduced for model year 1979 to counter the downsizing of GM’s full-size cars for 1977, would soldier on for another year before getting a total restyle for 1988. The Crown Vic nameplate would carry on until model year 2012, with the final years of this rear-wheel-drive sedan being fleet sales only.
