This 1949 Ford was found last summer amidst a few other old school customs in a lot in Blasdell. It seems to be wearing some mid-1950s Cadillac wheel covers along with a set of wide whites. Filling the grille cavity is the unit from a 1955 DeSoto. These were the types of relatively easy modifications owners used to do back in the day to make their cars stand out from everyone else’s. It still works.
