Day 4 of “Parked But Hopefully Not Forgotten” week…
Although it seems to be parked at a strange angle (the right rear flat certainly doesn’t help), this 1971 Chevy Caprice looks remarkably whole (from here) for a 47-year-old car. It even has the original extra-cost wheelcovers! In their brochure, Chevy told us that the Caprice had “…the stately look of the luxury limousine.” This one would probably be more stately-looking if it weren’t missing its standard Caprice fender skirts. Still, a pretty handsome car. Seen last year in Buffalo.
