This 1986 Buick LeSabre Limited, seen recently in Tonawanda, marked the first year for the full-sized Buicks to be driven by their front wheels. A more aerodynamic, lighter car than the previous model, the brochure assured us that even with this “trimmer, more purposeful automobile, …drivers will find that the new design preserves the qualities so prized by LeSabre owners.” Reading on, we assume these qualities to be traditional value, combined with advanced technology, aerodynamic styling, and dependable performance. You sure don’t see many in this condition these days!
